The basic idea for LP Circle were born out of the experience with the Ørestad School OreLED fixture. Mikkel Beedholm of KHR arkitekter explains the design idea: “The aim was for the fixture to not simply slice through the ceiling like a tin can – we wanted the collar to give the fixture character and interplay with the building’s architecture, adding an extra dimension to the interior through randomised reflection of the light.
