Restaurant completed by FaR architects in Mar Mikhaël. Inspired by the first machine to be called bicycle : penny-farthing bicycle made with a very large front wheel and a much smaller rear wheel, the trolley’s main purpose was to have a mobile bar covering all the necessary functions required to allow the serving of drinks around the restaurant. A combination of brass, walnut wood and black painted steel was carefully selected to serve the purpose of having that vintage yet modern design.
