Модель сделана в 3ds Max 2017. В архиве имеются файлы .max(2017 и 2014) и .fbx. При импорте .fbx файла в проект, то там вы увидите файлы с названием "must_smooth_##", на них надо наложить модификатор turbosmooth для сглаживания геометрии. Вся геометрия переведена в Editable Mesh. Размеры ступеней: глубина - 30 см; высота - 15 см; Полигонаж(не включая две доп. балясина) Polys: 569 494 Verts: 285 628
