Chernobyl Ventilation Stack (VS-2) Newly-Built(2770896_Polygon_Vray)
An approximate 3D-reconstruction of the original ventilation stack (or chimney colloquially said) of Chernobyl nuclear power plant before the nuclear disaster on 26th April 1986. Also known under the short name "VS-2". Based on a real-life object: Chernobyl NPP ventilation stack (VS-2) - Originally made on 3ds Max 19 (2017). - File compatibility: 3ds Max 16 (2014). - Scene contains the model only. No hidden or visible additional objects, shapes, lights, HDRI-maps, helpers, space warps or cameras are present. - Used 11 V-Ray materials and 18 texture files in total, all with proper names. - All texture files are in JPG-format and with high resolution. - All slots in the Material Editor are reset. - All sub-object elements are attached to a single object, no grouping has been used. - All geometry is collapsed. - Model is centered at the origin of the grid. - Pivot point (gizmo) is centered at the object. - No isolated vertices are present. - No flipped normals. - Object consists of quad-polygons only. - No third-party plugins have been used. - V-Ray (ver. 3.60.03) renderer has been used for creating materials and rendering images. - Textures (varied dimensions) and preview images (1000x1000 px) are included in the zip-file. - Metric system units (meters) have been used. - Model dimensions are approximately based on the original real-life object size. Length: 24,5 m Width: 24,5 m Height: 73 m Polygon Count: 326 228 Vertex Count: 324 078 Note 1: Who works with V-Ray version lower than 3.1, pay attention to materials section BRDF (Microfaset GTR (GGX)). If your version is older than 3.1 - this section will be empty, and you have to choose: Blinn, Ward or Phong, depending on material. Note 2: For max-files use the "Pick Material from Object" option to get the applied material.
